How do I open a Leaderbet gaming account?
Access the website http://www.leaderbet.com, select the item “Register” and fill in the “Account” form. Finally click on item “Accept. Create my account”. Later on you will receive, on the email address registered on your gaming account, a “Registration Confirmation” link that you must click on to complete the registration of your Leaderbet gaming account.

How to select the username?
The username allows us to identify you unambiguously and securely.
Choose a user name that you like and easy to remember.

How to select a password?
The chosen password will necessarily have to be composed by at least 8 alphanumeric characters (including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number).

What if I added some wrong user data on the gaming account?
For security reasons, you can not change independently the registered user data.

What if the Username and password do not work?
Make sure that you entered the data correctly. For further assistance contact Customer Service.

What if I have forgotten my login details?
You can independently require a temporary password by accessing the website http://www.leaderbet.com and selecting the item “Recover Password” on the home page next to the fields where are required the log in access credentials .
You will receive, on the email address registered on your gaming account, a new Password.
After performing your first log in we invite you to replace the Password received via email with a Password chosen by you.

How to change the password?
If you want to change your current password you may do so autonomously by using the steps described below:

-          Enter into your account;

-          Click on “Private Area”> “My Account”> “Modify Password”;

-      Insert under “Insert old password” the current Password which you want to amend and under “Choose a password” and “Reconfirm Password” the password chosen by you;

-          Finally, confirm the operation by clicking on the item “Change password”.

Keep in mind that your new password Leaderbet must be composed of a minimum of 6 characters (uppercase, lowercase and numbers).

What is the minimum age to play with Leaderbet?
The access to the service and the opening of a deposit account is allowed only to persons who are at least 18 years of age (21 in case of Estonian players).

Is it possible to open more than one account?
No, every customer can open only one game account on his/her own name.

How can I request the closure of the gaming account?
To close the gaming account Leaderbet you will have to contact the Leaderbet Customer Service.
Your account will be closed only after the confirmation of some personal data through an internal message.
Once such information are received, your account will be disabled. Later you will be able to request the opening of your current account by simply sending a front / back copy of one of your valid identification documents (identity card or passport), indicating the data requested above, and indicating as subject of the request “Re-opening of gaming account”.

Can I close my Casino &Games account or Poker account, but continue using the Sport account?
Yes, you can perform these operations yourself by visiting the section "My Account"> "Responsible Gaming".
You will see the following options associated with each section of the site:

-          Suspend the account until;

-          Maximum playable per day,

-          Maximum playable per week.

By clicking on the item “Enter” corresponding to each of these items, you can set:

-          The date until which you wish to suspend the account of the section;

-          The maximum daily playable in the chosen section,

-          The maximum weekly playable in the chosen section.

After entering this information, click on “Save” to confirm the operation.
If you later want to re-enable the initial options you will have to select "Disable".

If the amount you request has been credited back to your Leaderbet gaming account, make sure you have sent the necessary documentation to process the withdrawal.

Do I have to submit any documentation to receive the withdrawal?
In some cases, before making a payment, are required the copies of certain documents.
We are aware that this procedure can lengthen the waiting time but we consider it essential to ensure our customers a high level of security.

What documentation do I have to submit to enable the credit card in order to perform withdrawals from my gaming account?

In order to enable your gaming account to perform deposits and withdrawals with credit card (superior to 250€) you have to send by email to or by fax to +39 06 62207187 the following documentation:

a.   Double-sided copy of the Identity card or passport (driver's licenseis not allowed);
b.   Double-sided color copy of the credit cardnecessarily signedfrom which should be blinded the CVV (the last three-digit number shown in the signature box on the back of the cardand the card numberleaving visible only the first 6 and the last 4 digits;
c.   A recent proof of residence, issued not later than three months ago, showing name and address of residence of the holder of the gaming account. For example: copy of a domestic utility bill (water, gas or telephone) statement of the current bank accountof the credit cardetc...;

e.   Name and Surname;

The credit card must necessarily be addressed to the holder of the gaming account. If the credit card occurs to be registered to another person, the account must necessarily be locked.

I get an error message when I try to deposit. What should I do?
Please contact uprightly your bank in order to know exactly all the existing restrictions on your card. For example, some banks do not allow deposits toward bookmakers.

I have not received the money I've withdrawn. Why?

What is the minimum amount per bet?
The minimum amount per bet is 0,50€, while in case of system the minimum bet is 0,01€ per column.

What is the maximum allowable payout?
The maximum payout is 100.000,00 euros for any bet amount and for any type of bet.

Can I cancel my bets?
Once confirmed, the bet can not be changed or canceled by the Client.
It is a responsibility of the Client to verify, before sending the bet proposal,  that the number of bets placed
and the betting amount are consistent with his will.

What does it mean Antepost?
Antepost is a bet regarding the final outcome of a particular sporting event and, in most cases, the closure of the game takes place at the beginning of the event itself.

Why has my bet been declared Void (V-V)?

This may occur in case an event has been postponed, or started but was not completed within the period indicated by our regulations.
Moreover, in the case of an error in the publication of the odds, or if the bet was placed after the beginning of the event, Leaderbet reserves the right to cancel (void) the bet.

Where can I view the bets placed by me?
You can view autonomously the placed bets by visiting the section “Private Area”> “Bets”>”My Bets”.
Subsequently you will view 5 options:

-          Search bets;

-          Bet list;

-          Bet details;

-          Combinations;

-          Combinations details.

The placed bet turns out to be losing. Why?

In case you wanted for some checks to be carried out regarding some virtual bet not paid, you will need to provide the following information via email to , so that the competent department will be able to run the control:

-          brief description of the problem in question.

Subsequently your request will be forwarded to the appropriate department.

A poker hand has not been paid?
You can view the history of the hands played by you on our software “ Leader Poker “, by visiting the section “Options” at the top left corner and then “Hand history”.
Should you wish to review the hand you have played simply select the option “Show replay” to view the entire course of the hand.
In the event that you wish a check regarding some hands, please provide the following information via email to , so that the competent department can run the control:

-          username;

-          date;

-          time;

-          code of the tournament / table;

-          cost of the Buy-in;

-          brief description of the problem in question, to forward your request to the appropriate department.
